Steve Shirley and Sarah Rogers from St Maurice Church organised a World War Two themed evening at St Mary’s Church Hall Plympton, Plymouth. It was a fun evening with songs sing a long and fancy dress. Four generations attended with Joan Clarke in her ninety’s her Daughter, Grand daughter and Great Grandaughters attended. Joan who married in the war allowed her Great Granddaughters to wear the original dress and jacket.

Father Robert and his wife Christine attended. Sausage and mash and sponge and custard were served by St Maurice and St Mary’s Church combined.
