Recent planning applications have been submitted in Plymouth under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. These include proposals for repairs and new installations at several historic sites.

One application (26/00706/LBC) involves the repair and rebuilding of a stone garden wall at the rear of 22 and 23 Lockyer Street. Another application (26/00712/LBC) at 34 Adelaide Street proposes the installation of new wooden windows and external doors, along with various internal repairs such as plastering, flooring, and the replacement of a kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, a non-original fireplace is set to be replaced with one from another room.

A further application (26/01013/LBC) at 3 Osborne Place seeks to address water ingress issues affecting the front entrance. This includes lifting and reinstating paving, installing waterproofing measures, conducting structural repairs below, and replacing the entrance step finish with mosaic tiling.

These applications can be viewed online at Plymouth City Council's planning portal. Internet access is available at all Plymouth Libraries for those wishing to view the details. Representations regarding these applications must be submitted within 21 days of this notice. For further information or queries, individuals can contact the council at 01752 304366.
