A probate notice has been issued concerning the estate of Ann De La Cruz, previously known as Quirk, who resided at 21 Allerton Walk, Plymouth PL6 5RZ. Ms. De La Cruz passed away on 8 October 2026.

Under the Trustee Act 1925, individuals with claims or interests in her estate are required to submit written particulars to Craig Adams-Quirk at The London Gazette (62449), PO Box 3584, Norwich NR7 7WD. The deadline for submissions is set for 31 January 2027.

After this date, the estate will be distributed based solely on the claims and interests that have been formally notified. This notice was published in The Herald.
