In Plymouth, several traffic and road restrictions have been announced for June 2026. These measures are intended to facilitate necessary infrastructure works across the city.

Crabtree Close Parking Restrictions

The City of Plymouth has implemented parking restrictions on Crabtree Close as part of the Traffic Regulation Orders Amendment Order No. 2026.2137356. This order is effective from 26 June 2026. Canefields Avenue Pedestrian Restrictions

A temporary restriction on pedestrian access has been placed on Canefields Avenue to enable sewer repair work. This restriction affects the footpath between the rear of number 33 Meadowfield Place and 87 Canefields Avenue. The restriction is effective from 25 June 2026 and will last until 7 August 2026. Wordsworth Road/Crescent Traffic Restrictions

Temporary restrictions on through traffic will be enforced on Wordsworth Road and Wordsworth Crescent due to phased tabletop ramp works. These restrictions will be in place from 20 July 2026 to 25 September 2026. MJL Contractors Ltd can provide additional details at 07572 264654.

Peverell Park Road Parking Restrictions

Parking, waiting, loading, and unloading will be temporarily restricted on Peverell Park Road between Thornbury Park Avenue and Edgcumbe Park Road. This measure is necessary for gas main works and will be effective from 20 July 2026 to 7 August 2026. Wales & West Utilities can be contacted for further information at 0800 9122 999.
