The Pay & Display tariff, known as Topsham A, will operate from 9am to 5pm with charges set at 60p for one hour, £2.20 for two hours, £3.30 for three hours, £4.40 for four hours, and £5.50 for over four hours. Residents holding a Zone T1 permit will be exempt from these charges.

The amendment order also outlines various permits available for residents and businesses. These include annual permits for residents and charity business occupiers starting at £35, with additional permits available at increased rates depending on vehicle banding. Virtual visitor permits are priced at £30 per issue, providing either 200 or 350 hours of parking depending on the scheme's operational times.
