Darts Farm Limited has submitted an application to the East Devon District Council for a new premises licence at Darts Farm, Topsham, Exeter, EX3 0QH. The proposed licence would allow for the provision of live outdoor music and the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises from June 12 to June 14, 2026.

The schedule for live music is set as follows: Friday from 12pm to 10pm, Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Similarly, the supply of alcohol is proposed during these hours.

Those wishing to make representations regarding this application must submit them in writing to The Licensing Manager at East Devon District Council by May 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. The application can be viewed at the council's office or on their website.

It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence with an unlimited fine upon conviction.
