Tesco Stores Limited has submitted an application to East Hertfordshire District Council to vary its premises licence for the Tesco Superstore located at 5-6 West Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9EE. This application is made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed changes include updating the approved internal layout of the premises as detailed in Annex 4 – Plans of the premises. Additionally, Tesco seeks to replace Condition 10 of the premises licence contained within Annex 2 – Conditions Consistent with the Operating Schedule with new wording provided in their application.

It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 and may result in a fine upon conviction.
