Market Street Service Station Ltd has submitted an application to East Devon District Council for a new premises licence at Staddons Garage, located at 10 High Street, Budleigh Salterton EX9 6LQ. The application seeks permission to supply alcohol for consumption off the premises from Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

The public is invited to make representations regarding this application. Any person wishing to do so must submit their comments in writing to The Licensing Manager at East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ. The deadline for submissions is January 28, 2026. It is important to note that representations received after this date will not be considered.
