The application proposes the use of Langage Anaerobic Digestion plant in Smithaleigh PL7 5AY as an operating centre for one goods vehicle and no trailers.
The public notice, published in The Herald, invites owners or occupiers of land near the proposed operating centre who believe their use or enjoyment of the land may be affected to submit written representations.
