Rumours (Exeter) Limited has submitted an application to the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council for a major variation to its premises licence. The application pertains to the venue located at 60 New North Road, Exeter, Devon, EX4 4EP.

The proposed changes include extending the opening hours from Monday to Saturday from 11am to 3 30am and on Sunday from 11am to 1 30am. Additionally, the sale of alcohol is proposed to be extended until 3am from Monday to Saturday and until 1am on Sunday. The provision of late-night refreshments is also included in the application, with proposed hours from Monday to Saturday between 11pm and 3am, and on Sunday between 11pm and 1am.

A copy of the application is available for viewing at the Licensing Authority’s office during normal business hours. It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence subject to a maximum fine of £5,000 upon summary conviction.
