Probate Notice for Iain Stuart Macmillan

A probate notice has been issued concerning the estate of Iain Stuart Macmillan, late of 61 Carnock Road, Plymouth, PL2 3SH. Mr. Macmillan passed away on 8 October 2025.

Under the Trustee Act 1925, individuals who have a claim against or an interest in Mr. Macmillan's estate are required to submit written particulars of their claims. These must be sent to Charles Robert MacMillan at The London Gazette (54939), PO Box 3584, Norwich NR7 7WD.

The deadline for submitting claims is 19 February 2026. After this date, the estate will be distributed with consideration only given to the claims and interests that have been notified by this deadline.
