Recent planning applications have been submitted for various developments in Plymouth, including significant projects at Plymstock Quarry and Devonport Dockyard. These proposals are part of ongoing efforts to enhance local infrastructure and community facilities.

Plymstock Quarry, The Ride

A reserved matters application (26/00297/REM) has been submitted for the development of a Main Square at Plymstock Quarry. This project includes two central buildings with ground-floor community health and retail spaces, 47 apartments above, a public realm featuring a Neighbourhood Equipped Area of Play, an amphitheatre, a pavilion, car parking, landscaping, and associated works. This follows the outline consent 07/01094/OUT.

Devonport Dockyard

An application (26/00307/FUL & 26/00308/LBC) has been made for internal works at Building N186 to create office and ancillary accommodation. This includes supporting external works such as installing a ground-mounted condenser unit.

Stonehouse Barracks

Two variations of conditions have been proposed for Stonehouse Barracks: - Application 26/00318/S19: Variation of Condition 3 to update window and surround repair schedules for application 23/01131/LBC. - Application 26/00324/S19: Variation of Condition 1 to alter approved roof repair details for application 23/01422/LBC.
