Plymouth City Council has announced temporary traffic restrictions due to essential resurfacing works scheduled to take place from Monday, 18 May 2026, to Saturday, 23 May 2026. The affected roads include Molesworth Road between Somerset Cottages and Devonport Road, Ford Hill between Northesk Street and Molesworth Road, Devonport Road between Bramley Place and Molesworth Road, and Milehouse Road between Springfield Drive and Molesworth Road.
The restrictions will be enforced daily from 7pm to 11pm under the authority of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14. This measure is deemed necessary to facilitate the safe and efficient completion of the resurfacing works.
