Infrastructure improvements include underpinning works at Millbay Marina on Great Western Road (25/01452/LBC), which are essential for maintaining structural integrity.

Additionally, an application at 53 Emma Place (25/01462/FUL) seeks to install an electric vehicle charger with pavement channel charging capabilities, reflecting the city's commitment to sustainable transport solutions.
