A series of planning applications concerning listed buildings in Plymouth have been announced under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation. These applications involve various alterations and repairs to historic structures across the city.

Key proposals include:

  • Land at Vivid Approach Area 1 (west Historic): Consolidation and repair of vaults in the revetment wall (Application 26/00173/LBC).
