• Flats 1, 5, 8, 9 & 11, Elliot Terrace: Internal repair works following previous water ingress (Ref: 26/00144/LBC).

• Island House, Boringdon Road: Demolition of a conservatory, construction of a new single-storey rear extension, first-floor side balcony, window alterations, and landscaping works including a garden pergola (Ref: 25/01684/FUL).
• Lower Ground Floor Flat, 2 The Esplanade: Replacement of the front door (Refs: 26/00020/FUL & 26/00021/LBC).
• 19 Princess Street: Retrospective installation of a timber pergola (Ref: 25/01334/FUL).
• 4 Albemarle Villas: Proposed internal modifications to form a small shower room at the rear first floor (Ref: 26/00117/LBC).
• 201 Tavistock Road: Demolition of existing petrol station structures and redevelopment into a rental vehicle premises with associated facilities (Ref: 26/00118/FUL).
