Plymouth City Council has announced several planning applications under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation. These applications involve modifications to listed buildings and conservation areas within the city.

The first application, reference number 25/01593/FUL, concerns the replacement of 16 front and rear windows at 16 Carlton Terrace. The proposal aims to upgrade from single glazed to double glazed windows, enhancing energy efficiency while maintaining the building's historic character.

Another application, reference number 25/01560/S73, pertains to Longreach on Hartley Road. This seeks a variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) from a previous application (24/01683/FUL) to update section drawings with revised site levels and finished floor levels.

Additionally, application 25/01580/S73 at 153 Vauxhall Street proposes the removal of Condition 5 (Student Accommodation) from an earlier application (12/01701/FUL). This change would permit open-market occupancy, potentially altering the building's use and demographic appeal.

Residents and interested parties can view these applications online at Plymouth City Council's planning portal or access them via internet facilities available at all Plymouth Libraries. Representations regarding these proposals must be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice.

For further information or queries, individuals can contact Plymouth City Council at 01752 304366.
