Plymouth City Council has announced a series of planning applications concerning listed buildings and conservation areas under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. These applications include changes to Pounds House at 162 Outland Road, where a proposal seeks to convert the existing office space into a non-residential Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) school.
Additionally, there are plans for the installation of a new gas riser on the east elevation of 9-10 Nelson Gardens. At Plymstock Quarry, The Ride, a Reserved Matters application has been submitted for Phase 9 of a residential development, which includes 134 dwellings with affordable housing options. This application also addresses the partial discharge of specific planning conditions related to travel and parking strategies.
Further proposals include the installation of an electric vehicle charging unit at Flat 2, 16 Craigie Drive, and the replacement of cement render with lime render on the rear elevation of 12 Church Road.
These applications can be viewed online at Plymouth City Council's website or accessed via internet facilities available at all Plymouth Libraries. Members of the public are encouraged to submit their representations regarding these proposals within 21 days from the date of this notice. For further information or to make representations, individuals can contact Plymouth City Council at 01752 304366.
