One of the key applications, 26/00458/FUL, involves the construction of a Community Diagnostic Centre at the car park in Colin Campbell Court. This project includes parking facilities, landscaping, drainage, and associated works, along with modifications to the highway layout and existing car park.
Another application, 26/00459/FUL & 26/00460/LBC, pertains to Building MO42 at Devonport Dockyard. It proposes roof replacement with upgraded insulation, installation of a new staircase, creation of a fenced compound, and enhancements to access and safety features.
Additionally, application 26/00532/CDMLB for Flat 5 at 2 Elliot Terrace seeks to discharge Condition 3 regarding window and door details from a previous application (24/01226/LBC).
The proposal 26/00407/FUL at Raglan Court on Damerel Close involves demolishing an existing building to develop 27 new self-contained residential units. This development will also include staff areas, communal facilities, parking spaces, and external amenities designed for homeless families.
