Plymouth City Council has announced its intention to dispose of a parcel of public open space located adjacent to Portland Villas, North Cross Roundabout, Plymouth. This decision is made under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972. The area in question covers approximately 0.111 hectares and is earmarked for the development of an entrance walkway or access to the west of the University.

The council has made available a plan showing the specific area of land proposed for disposal, which is highlighted in red. This plan can be viewed on the Plymouth City Council's official website under their legal notices section.

Residents and interested parties who may have concerns or objections regarding this proposed disposal are encouraged to submit their views in writing. Objections should be addressed to the Head of Land and Property at Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ, or sent via email to LAPT@plymouth.gov.uk. All objections must be received by 22 December 2025.
