In a recent public notice, Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading, and unloading on Seaton Lane, Houndiscombe Road, and Napier Terrace. This order is set to come into effect on Monday February 10 2025 and will remain in force for up to 18 months as per the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The specific restrictions include:

• Prohibition of vehicle driving on Seaton Lane between Houndiscombe Road and Napier Terrace.
• Prohibition of parking, waiting, loading, and unloading on Houndiscombe Road between numbers 54 and 89.
• Prohibition of parking, waiting, loading, and unloading on Napier Terrace between numbers 3 and 7.

These measures are being implemented to facilitate mobility hub works anticipated to commence on February 10 2025 and expected to conclude by February 24 2025. The restrictions will be enforced around the clock during this period.
