Temporary Closures Announced by Plymouth City Council

Plymouth City Council has announced a series of temporary prohibitions affecting roads and footpaths in the city. These measures are being implemented under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to facilitate essential repair and maintenance works.

Pasley Street Closure

The council has made an order to prohibit the driving of vehicles on Pasley Street from Ford Hill to Ryder Road. This closure is set to commence on 25 November 2025 and is expected to last until 19 December 2025, operating 24 hours a day. The closure is necessary for phased lead repair works. Tavistock Road Restrictions

A temporary order will also affect Tavistock Road, where a no right-hand turn into Sendalls Way will be enforced. Additionally, the bus lane on Tavistock Road will be closed both inbound and outbound from Derriford Roundabout to 45 metres south of Sendalls Way. Linketty Lane West Footpath Closure
