Plymouth Argyle Football Club Limited has submitted an application to Plymouth City Council seeking a variation of its premises licence for the fan zone area at Home Park Stadium. The application, dated 31 March 2026, proposes increasing the maximum capacity of the external fan zone from 2,000 to 3,000 people.

This change is intended to accommodate more fans during events and enhance the overall matchday experience. The licensable activities covered by this application include the sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment such as live and recorded music, and late-night refreshments.

Those who have any concerns or believe they may be adversely impacted by this proposed change are encouraged to submit their representations in writing. Submissions should be directed to the Office of the Director of Public Health, Head of Public Protection Service at Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, West Hoe Road, Plymouth, PL1 3BJ. Alternatively, representations can be emailed to licensing@plymouth.gov.uk. The deadline for submissions is 28 days from the date of this notice.

For further details on the application and its potential impact on local residents and businesses, interested parties can view the full notice published in The Herald.
