Temporary traffic restriction on Oldwarleigh Lane for apparatus works from May 28.

Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary traffic restriction on Oldwarleigh Lane to facilitate essential apparatus works. The restriction will be in effect from Thursday, May 28, 2026, to Monday, June 1, 2026. This measure is being implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 and will apply to the entire length of Oldwarleigh Lane.

The restriction will be enforced 24 hours a day during this period. The works are necessary to allow Kier, on behalf of South West Water, to carry out essential maintenance and upgrades to the water infrastructure in the area.

Residents and commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and seek alternative routes where possible. For further information regarding the works or the traffic order, individuals can contact Kier at 0344 346 2020.
