Lee Phillips of 1st Point Utilities and Reinstatement Ltd has submitted an application for a goods vehicle operator’s licence. The application pertains to the use of Unit 209 at Imbert Green Technology Park in Stoke Cannon, EX5 4RJ, as an operating centre for three goods vehicles.

The notice, published in the Exeter Express & Echo, invites owners or occupiers of nearby land or buildings who believe their use or enjoyment of the land may be affected to make written representations. These should be directed to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days from the date of the notice.

Representations must clearly state the reasons for any objections and a copy should also be sent to the applicant at the address provided in the notice. Further guidance on making representations can be found on the UK Government's website.

Those who have any concerns or believe they may be adversely impacted are encouraged to review the full details of the application and consider submitting their views within the specified timeframe.
