Public Path Diversion Order

A public path diversion order under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 has been made for Buntingford 35. The path will be diverted as specified in the order plan available online or at Hertfordshire County Council offices.

Warren Lane, Cottered Closure

Warren Lane in Cottered will be closed from 10 April 2026 for electrical works. The closure will last six days with no alternative route available.

West End Road, Wormley Closure

Scheduled for 21 April 2026, West End Road in Wormley will close for utility repairs. An alternative route is provided via Church Lane and other local roads.

Unnamed Road, Hertford Closure

On 22 April 2026, a section of an unnamed road in Hertford will close for utility repairs. An alternative route is available via nearby roads.

Ware Town Public Footpath No.024 Closure

From 20 April 2026, Ware Town Public Footpath No.024 will close for five days due to works. Pedestrians can use an alternative footway on Walton Road.

Wellpond Green Road Closure

A section of road in Wellpond Green will close from 20 April 2026 for water connection works. An alternative route is provided.

Greenbank, Cheshunt Restrictions

From 20 April 2026, Greenbank in Cheshunt will have temporary closures and waiting restrictions due to works.

Various Roads Closures in Standon, Buntingford, Wyddial, and Hertford

Several roads will close from 20 April 2026 for five days due to planned works. Alternative routes are provided.
