Paul Goodier, trading as Heart Pet Supplies, has submitted an application to East Devon District Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The application pertains to Heart Pet Supplies located on Crannaford Lane, Broadclyst, Exeter, EX5 3BD, also known as Heart Town & Country.

The proposed licence would allow the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 9:30am to 5pm, and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

Members of the public who wish to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Manager at East Devon District Council. Correspondence should be sent to Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ. The deadline for submissions is May 19, 2026. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

The application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s office during normal business hours or online at the council's website.

It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine upon summary conviction.
