Mehmet Haskaya has submitted an application to the Licensing Authority of Broxbourne Council for a premises licence at Hailey Food & Wine, located at 373 Ware Road, Hailey, Hoddesdon, Hertford, SG13 7PE. The application seeks permission to sell alcohol off the premises from 7am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and from 8am to 10pm on Sundays.

The public can inspect the register of licensing applications by contacting The Licensing Officer at the Borough of Broxbourne. Appointments can be made by calling 01992 785555 during office hours.

Those wishing to make representations regarding this application must submit their comments in writing to the London Borough of Broxbourne Licensing Team by 24 February 2026. Representations should address one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm.

It is important to note that anonymous representations will not be considered, and all submissions will become part of the public record as they are included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee.

The notice also warns that making false statements in connection with this application is an offence with an unlimited fine upon conviction.
