Key proposals include:

• Lamorna, Fernleigh Road: Application 25/01524/FUL seeks to alter the roof structure from a flat section to an apex on the existing pitched roof.
• Oaklands, Fernleigh Road: Application 25/01574/FUL proposes the installation of an electric vehicle (EV) charger to facilitate pavement channel charging.
• 55 Mannamead Road: Application 25/01505/FUL involves a first-floor extension to the east elevation to create an additional bedroom.
• Rivage Apartments, Hoe Road: Application 25/01639/FUL aims to remove and replace existing combustible cladding with non-combustible materials.
• 323 Tavistock Road: Application 25/01614/FUL includes the demolition of two properties and the erection of a three-storey extension to Sunnymeade Care Home, adding 48 bedrooms.

Temporary external artworks are also proposed at several locations including The Barbican, Old George Street, Bowling Green, and outside Pannier Market on Market Avenue.
