  • Land Adjacent to 54 Howell Road, Duryard & St James: Proposal for the demolition of an existing garage and replacement with a 2.5 storey dwelling (C3 use). Application reference: 25/1676/FUL.
  • The Cottage, Glasshouse Lane, Topsham: Two-storey rear/side extension to the dwelling. Application reference: 25/1617/FUL.
  • 3 Premier Place, Newtown & St Leonards: Single-storey rear extension; installation of four solar panels and one external air source heat pump; alteration to the front boundary/vehicle access. Application reference: 26/0255/FUL.

Listed Building Applications

  • Flat 4, 1 Regents Park, Heavitree: Removal of damaged concrete render on the west-facing wall and replacement with lime render. Application reference: 26/0212/LBC.
  • The Maisonette, 13A Lower North Street, St Davids: Proposed re-rendering and repair of façade, repair of existing windows and doors, and internal alterations. Application reference: 26/0218/LBC.
