Exeter City Council has announced several planning applications that may affect the setting of listed buildings or the character of conservation areas. These applications are open for public comment, objection, or support via the council's website or by contacting the assigned Case Officer within 24 days of the notice.

Among the notable proposals is the construction of two padel tennis courts with floodlighting at Exeter School on Victoria Park Road in Newtown & St Leonards. This development is part of application 25/1526/FUL and affects both a conservation area and a listed building.

Another significant application involves Molly Hayes Apartments at 41A New North Road in Duryard & St James. The proposal seeks to change the use of the property to eight self-contained flats under Use Class C4 (application 25/1590/FUL), impacting a conservation area.

At 21 Oxford Road in Duryard & St James, plans include a rear extension, roof modifications with photovoltaic panels, and other alterations. This application (25/1021/FUL) also involves partial retrospective work.

In Pinhoe, a two-storey detached dwelling with a double garage is proposed at 22 Church Hill. This development (25/0904/FUL) represents a departure from the current development plan.

Additional applications include a conversion at 56 Union Road in Pennsylvania (25/1359/FUL) and a single-storey rear extension at 95 Heavitree Road in Newtown & St Leonards (25/1524/FUL).
