• Brewery Lane, North Street, Heavitree: A proposal for the refurbishment, restoration, and conversion of a two-storey Grade II listed building into a one-bedroom studio dwelling with a garden area. Application reference: 26/0471/FUL (CA&LB).
• Exeter Corn Exchange, Market Street: Plans to encapsulate the windows of Buffet City along Market Street and above Market Carpets, as well as along Guinea Street above the NCP car park. Application reference: 26/0490/FUL (CA).
• Greenbank, Old Rydon Lane, Topsham: A change of use application to convert the premises into a children's home. Application reference: 26/0479/FUL (CA).
• St Matthews Church Hall, Lower Summerlands, Newtown & St Leonards: Proposal for a new main entrance and wheelchair accessible path with ancillary works at the Church Hall. Application reference: 26/0423/FUL (CA).
• 7A Parkfield Way, Topsham: Plans for a two-storey rear extension with new windows and doors to the rear elevation and an extended rear terrace. The removal of the rear utility and store is also included. Application reference: 26/0343/FUL (CA).
• 15 Parkfield Road, Topsham: Proposal to add a new second storey to an existing single-storey extension. Application reference: 26/0328/FUL (CA).

Listed building applications

• Brewery Lane, North Street, Heavitree: Similar to the development application, this involves refurbishment and conversion into a studio dwelling. Application reference: 26/0472/LBC.
• Dean Clarke Lofts, Southernhay Gardens, St Davids: Localised repairs to timber cornice, removal of redundant modern brackets and straps with associated repairs, replacement of failing lead box gutter linings and flashings, and roofing repairs. Application reference: 26/0499/LBC.
• 4 Colleton Hill, St Davids: Replacement of the existing front door and four single-glazed timber sash windows with new double-glazed timber sash windows and a new front door. Application reference: 26/0501/LBC.
