Listed Building Applications
- Flat F, 12 Pennsylvania Road, Duryard & St James: The application seeks permission for like-for-like replacement of two timber, single-glazed sash windows on the front elevation. This is referenced as 26/0321/LBC.
- 5 Lower Shapter Street, Topsham: In addition to the development proposal mentioned above, there is a separate listed building application for similar works under reference 26/0323/LBC.
