- 7 White Street, Topsham: A single-storey rear extension incorporating an outbuilding and replacement windows and doors (Applications 26/0446/FUL and 26/0447/LBC).
- 30 Victoria Road, Topsham: Retention of a timber shed and timber gates at the rear of the dwelling (Applications 26/0353/FUL and 26/0354/LBC).
- 83 Queen Street, St Davids: External alterations and installation of signage (Applications 26/0400/FUL and 26/0399/LBC).
- 10 Lyndhurst Road, Newtown & St Leonards: Internal alterations including ground floor infilling openings, removal of studwork cabinetry and doors, reinstatement of room opening, removal of partition walls on the first floor, repositioning and infilling openings, and installation of a new rear door (Application 26/0454/LBC).
