In a recent public notice, Exeter City Council has announced its intention to lease a 17 square metre compound at the Exeter Arena car park. This area is designated as open space land and is intended to accommodate a mobile telecommunications mast. The lease is proposed for a duration of ten years under the Local Government Act 1972, Section 123(1), (2A).

The relocation of the telecommunications mast is necessary to facilitate the demolition and redevelopment of Rennes House on Vaughan Road, which currently hosts the mast on its roof. This redevelopment project aims to provide new social housing in the area.

The plan detailing this proposal can be viewed on the Exeter City Council's website.

How can I submit an objection to this proposal?
