Manor Road, Exeter From 7 April to 24 April 2026, Manor Road will be closed to through traffic to enable lead pipe replacement. There is no alternative route available. For more information, contact South West Water at 0844 346 2020.

A379: Exeter Hill to Dawlish Starting from 16 March until 28 March 2026, the A379 will be closed nightly from 7pm to 7am for patching, cleaning, and lining works. The alternative route is via A381, A380, and A38. Contact Milestone Infrastructure at 020 3307 8051 for details.

Athelstan Road, Exeter Closure from 18 March to 2 April 2026 for a lead replacement scheme. The alternative route is via Denmark Road and Barnfield Road. Kier on behalf of South West Water can be contacted at 0344 346 2020.

West Grove Road, Exeter Closed from 16 March to 17 April 2026 for lead pipe replacements. Contact South West Water at the same number as above.

Cambridge Street, Exeter From 16 March to 3 April 2026, Cambridge Street will be closed for a lead replacement scheme. The diversion is via Buller Road and Brunswick Street.

Old Coach Road, Broadclyst Scheduled closure from 6 April to 17 April 2026 for footway and resurfacing works. The signed diversion includes Station Road and B3174.

Lower Kings Avenue, Exeter Parking prohibition from 16 March to 17 April 2026 due to a lead replacement scheme. Kier on behalf of South West Water can provide further information.

Red Lion Lane & Verney Street, Exeter Parking restrictions from 16 March until September 2027 for site safety works by Classic Builders (South West) Ltd.

Clyst Road, Topsham Closure from 6 April to 15 May 2026 for gas mains works with diversions via local roads.

Oakfield Road, Exeter Closed from Buller Road junction to Albion Street junction from 13 March to 10 April 2026 for lead replacements.
