Darts Farm Limited has submitted an application to East Devon District Council for a new premises licence at Darts Farm, Topsham, Exeter EX3 0QH. The application is intended to facilitate the hosting of the Exeter Property Ball 2026.

The proposed licence would allow for regulated entertainment, including live and recorded music, as well as the supply of alcohol both on and off the premises. These activities are planned to occur between 6pm and 1 30am. Additionally, the provision of late-night refreshments is included in the application, extending from 11pm to 2am.

These services are specifically scheduled for Friday June 26 to Saturday June 27 2026.

Individuals wishing to make representations regarding this application must submit their comments in writing to The Licensing Manager at East Devon District Council by March 31 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
