Darts Farm Limited has submitted an application to the East Devon District Council for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The application pertains to an event scheduled from 12 June to 14 June 2026 at Darts Farm, located in Topsham, Exeter EX3 0QH.

The proposed licence would allow for the provision of live outdoor music and the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises. The planned schedule includes live music on Friday from 12pm to 10pm, Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Alcohol sales are proposed during the same hours.

Those who wish to make representations regarding this application must submit their comments in writing to The Licensing Manager at East Devon District Council by no later than 6 May 2026. Late representations will not be considered.

The application can be reviewed at the Licensing Authority's office during normal business hours or online at the council's website. It is important to note that making false statements in connection with this application is a criminal offence with an unlimited fine upon conviction.
