Henley Retail CT Limited has submitted an application to the Borough of Broxbourne Council seeking a variation of the Premises Licence for One Stop located at 66 – 70 High Street, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, EN8 0AH. The application proposes extending the hours for the sale of alcohol to operate continuously from midnight to midnight on all days of the week. Additionally, the plans as deposited are to be amended and current conditions replaced with those attached to the application.
Members of the public who wish to make representations regarding this application must submit their written notice by 23 March 2026. Representations should state the grounds for objection and be sent to the Licensing Unit at Borough of Broxbourne Council, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire EN8 9XQ.

The Licensing Authority will consider any representations received by the specified date. It is important to note that under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, making a false statement in connection with a Premises Licence application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine upon conviction.
