Henley Retail CT Limited has submitted an application to the Borough of Broxbourne Council seeking a variation of the premises licence for the One Stop store located at 66 – 70 High Street, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, EN8 0AH. The application proposes extending the hours for the sale of alcohol to operate continuously from midnight to midnight, seven days a week. Additionally, the application includes amendments to the existing plans and proposes replacing current conditions with new ones attached to the application.

Members of the public who wish to make representations regarding this application must submit their comments in writing by 23 March 2026. Representations should be addressed to the Licensing Unit at Borough of Broxbourne Council, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire EN8 9XQ. The public can view applications during normal office hours at the Licensing Unit or online via the council's website.

The Licensing Authority will consider all representations received by the deadline. It is important to note that under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, making a false statement in connection with a premises licence application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine upon conviction.
