The proposal seeks listed building consent for various enhancements, including polishing the existing concrete floor, installing fixed seating booths, and constructing a new timber pergola with festoon lighting. This application aims to improve the venue's aesthetic and functional appeal.

Another significant proposal is for the change of use from office space to two studio flats at 65 High Road, Wormley, Hertfordshire EN10 6JJ. This development is situated within a conservation area and requires prior approval.

Additionally, there are major residential developments planned as part of the High Leigh Garden Village project. These include the approval of reserved matters for 19 dwellings and associated works on land south of Dinant Link Road and east of A10. The application addresses various conditions such as external materials, boundary treatments, noise protection schemes, and landscaping strategies.
