In a recent announcement, Broxbourne Borough Council has outlined several significant planning applications under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These applications, which are open for public inspection and comment, involve various developments across the borough.

One of the major proposals includes the use of land for agricultural purposes, specifically for grazing horses or sheep, at Highfield Stables on White Stubbs Lane, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (Ref: 07/24/0676/F). This development aims to improve land drainage to support its intended use.

Another significant application pertains to the Rosedale Park Masterplan. It seeks approval for reserved matters related to the layout, scale, appearance, and landscaping of 232 dwellings, open spaces, and associated infrastructure. This development is located on land north and south of Andrew’s Lane and south of Peakes Way in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire (Ref: 07/25/0250/RM). The application also addresses several conditions concerning design codes, drainage strategies, landscaping schemes, and biodiversity enhancements.

Additionally, there is a proposal for a mixed-use hub at High Leigh Garden Village in Hoddesdon. This development includes plans for a care home, nursery, convenience store, EV charging hub, and associated landscaping (Ref: 07/25/0295/RM). This application follows an amendment to a previous outline planning permission.

Furthermore, a construction project is proposed for Shaw Close in Cheshunt. It involves building a part two-storey, part three-storey apartment block containing ten residential dwellings (Ref: 07/25/0258/F).

These applications can be reviewed at the Broxbourne Borough Council's website or their offices. Those who have any concerns or believe they may be adversely impacted by these developments are encouraged to submit their representations within 14 days from the date of this notice.
