Estate Notice for Bernard Murphy

A public notice has been issued concerning the estate of Bernard Murphy, late of Merafield View Nursing Home, Underlane, Plympton, Plymouth, Devon, PL7 1ZB. Mr. Murphy passed away on May 8, 2025.

Under the Trustee Act 1925, individuals who have a claim against or an interest in Mr. Murphy's estate are required to submit written particulars of their claims. These must be sent to Caroline Sloggett at The London Gazette (53531), PO Box 3584, Norwich NR7 7WD.

The deadline for submitting claims is December 25, 2025. After this date, the estate will be distributed with consideration only to the claims and interests that have been notified.
