Several planning applications have been submitted for developments in the Armada Way area of Plymouth. These proposals include a variety of changes to existing structures and new constructions aimed at enhancing both residential and commercial spaces.

One significant application involves the Civic Centre on Armada Way, where plans have been submitted for internal and external works to convert the building. This includes partial demolition, alterations to the building's elevation with new cladding, and improvements to the public realm. The proposal also includes converting parts of the Civic Centre into residential apartments (Class C3), educational spaces with ancillary facilities such as a cafe, salon, spa, and office spaces (Class F1a), as well as a restaurant (Class Eb).

Another notable application is for 46 Southside Street, where there is a proposal to change the use of the ground and first floors to a restaurant (Class E). This includes plans for a single-storey rear extension, installation of a rear flue, and alterations to the shopfront.

Additionally, at St Andrews Church Of England Primary School, there is an application for new low-level path-finding PIR external lighting. Meanwhile, 53 Emma Place has submitted plans for a proposed rear rooflight.

The car park at Colin Campbell Court is also subject to an application seeking variations of conditions from a previous approval. This includes amendments to drainage details and car park layout options in anticipation of potential future construction of additional medical or health service buildings.
