Recent planning applications have been submitted for developments in the Admirals Hard area, as detailed in a public notice published by The Herald. These applications are subject to the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related regulations.

The first application, reference 25/01433/FUL, concerns the Vine Hotel at 5 Admirals Hard. It proposes various alterations to balconies and dormer windows, including an increase in balcony size and enclosure with a louvre gable. Additionally, the installation of extraction ventilation and a wood burner flue is planned, along with other associated works.

Another application, reference 25/01444/FUL, involves 2 Acre Cottages. This proposal includes a loft conversion with two rear dormers and front roof lights. It also plans for photovoltaic panels on the front roof, removal of a chimney, and external painting.

The third application, reference 25/01532/S73, pertains to Brickfields Sports Centre. It seeks a variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) from a previous application to amend the approved drainage plan.
