Yeoford Way premises licence application by Union County Games
Union County Games seeks a premises licence for alcohol sales in Exeter.

Lewis McLeod has submitted an application to Exeter City Council for a premises licence on behalf of Union County Games Limited. The premises, located at Vanguard House, Yeoford Way, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter, Devon, EX2 8HL, seeks permission to sell alcohol from Monday to Saturday between 12pm and 11pm and on Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.

The application is made under the Licensing Act 2003 and interested parties or responsible authorities are invited to inspect the licensing register and the application record. These can be viewed at the Licensing Section of Exeter City Council's Civic Centre on Paris Street during normal office hours or online at Exeter City Council's website.

Representations regarding this application must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Section at the Civic Centre address or via email to licensing@exeter.gov.uk by no later than 7 July 2026.

It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence subject to an unlimited fine upon summary conviction. Those who have any concerns or believe they may be adversely impacted by this application are encouraged to submit their representations before the deadline.
