M25 Motorway Restrictions
National Highways Limited has announced temporary traffic restrictions on the M25 Motorway between Junctions 26 and 25. These measures are necessary for pylon repair works by contractors working on behalf of UKPN. The order will enforce overnight closures of both carriageways and all connecting roads between Junction 25 (A10) and Junction 26 (A121). Additionally, a 24-hour speed limit of 50mph will be imposed on the anticlockwise carriageway. The works are scheduled to commence on Wednesday 26 August 2026, lasting approximately five weeks with closures from 10pm to 5:30am. Traffic will be diverted via the A121 and A10.
