Crannaford Lane, Cranbrook

Effective from 4 June 2026, a new order prohibits motor vehicles on specified lengths of Crannaford Lane. Additionally, a 40mph speed limit will be introduced along certain sections of the lane. Additional Traffic Notices in Exeter

Several temporary restrictions have been announced for roads in Exeter:

• Kings Road: From 29 June 2026, there will be a temporary prohibition of through traffic and parking to facilitate a lead replacement scheme. The restriction is expected to last until 7 August 2026.
• Elm Grove Road & Bowling Green Road: Parking will be prohibited from 8 June to 3 July 2026 for vegetation removal and fencing installation.
• Longbrook Street: A temporary prohibition of through traffic will commence on 9 June 2026, lasting until November 2027, to accommodate material storage and site offices.
• Temple Road: From 22 June to 13 July 2026, there will be restrictions on through traffic and parking due to water quality improvement works.
• Oxford Street & Church Road: Starting 22 June until October 2026, these roads will experience temporary traffic prohibitions and suspension of one-way systems for gas main replacements.
• Browning Close: Parking restrictions will be in place from 8 June to 26 June 2026 for lead replacement works.
