Slazenger Padel Club seeks premises licence in Exeter

PDL SLZ (Investco) Limited has submitted an application to Exeter City Council for a new premises licence for the Slazenger Padel Club located at Unit 1, Haven Banks Retail Park, Water Lane, Exeter EX2 8BY. The application is made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed activities include the playing of indoor sports, showing of films, playing recorded music, and the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. These activities are planned to operate from 6am to midnight every day. Additionally, the club seeks permission to provide late-night refreshments from 11pm to midnight daily.

The public will have access to the premises from 6am until 12:30am each day. Those who wish to make representations regarding this application must submit them in writing to the Licensing Authority at Exeter City Council by 15 June 2026. Representations should be sent either by post to The Civic Centre, Paris Street, Exeter EX1 1JN or via email to licensing.team@exeter.gov.uk.

The application details can be inspected at the council's offices during normal business hours or viewed online at www.exeter.gov.uk. It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine upon conviction.
