Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary restriction on through traffic, parking, waiting, loading, and unloading on several roads in the city. This measure is set to facilitate phased gas main works and will be in effect from Monday 24 August 2026 until Sunday 23 November 2026. The affected roads include Furzehill Road from Greenbank Road to Maida Vale Terrace, Marina Terrace at the junction with Furzehill Road, Southern Terrace from number 30 to Alexandra Road, Crozier Road in its entirety, West Hill Road from Crozier Road to Prince Maurice Road, and Kensington Road at the junction with Furzehill Road.

Residents and commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and seek alternative routes where possible.
